Bubble Bends Bug Update - 4

Previously a player would have their gold taken for the boat or suit upgrades, but they would not be granted the upgrade if they did not meet the requirement of having the bag, speed, and oxygen upgrades at max level. This update fixes that bug and ensures that players do not lose their gold if they have enough to buy the gold upgrades without meeting the requirements and try to buy them regardless.
